A food scale is a simple tool that helps you weigh your ingredients, so you can be more accurate with portion sizes or follow recipes to the letter. To use it, you just turn it on, place your food (or a bowl or container) on the scale, and it’ll show the weight on a digital screen.

If you're using a container, the scale usually has a “tare” function, which resets it to zero, so it only measures the food inside, not the container. You can also switch between different units like grams or ounces, depending on what you need. Once you're done, the scale will give you an exact weight, and many have an auto-off feature to save battery. It’s a quick and easy way to keep track of your food!

We offer fast, reliable shipping so you can get your food scale in no time! Here’s how it works:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free on all orders! Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
• International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Shipping rates will vary based on your country.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your food scale, here’s what you need to know:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please make sure to keep the original box and packaging materials if you plan on returning it.
• How to Return: Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send it back.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we’ll process a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 5–7 business days.

If your food scale is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
